At DNRG we aim to strengthen project management research to drive practice. DNRG is part of IPMA-NL (International Project Management Association, the Netherlands), the biggest project management association in the Netherlands. I am a management team member of DNRG and the team lead of the publications team. My Bachelor and Master thesis students and I are always looking for new research opportunities. The students whose theses I supervise are studying business administration and specializing in Human Resource Management. I regularly present about leadership and development for academic and practitioner audiences. I have for example presented at the Academy of Management Conference, PMI The Netherlands Summit, and the HRM Network Conference. I am also always looking for interesting speakers from practice who would like to give a guest lecture in one of the courses I teach.
